Why participate in the Work Exchange Program?

The Oddiyana Dharma Sanctuary depends on committed and enthusiastic volunteers to achieve its aim. Being a work exchange participant at The Oddiyana Dharma Sanctuary gives you the opportunity to further your own practice through serving others, attending meditation classes and living within a practising and supportive community. As our aim states, the work exchange program gives you the opportunity to help others transform their lives for the benefit and happiness of all.
